Definīcija:Wet Lease is a leasing arrangement whereby one airline (lessor) provides an aircraft, complete crew, maintenance, and insurance, to another airline (lessee), who pays by operated hours. The lessee provides fuel, covers airport fees, and any other duties, taxes, etc. The flight uses the flight number of the lessee. Given that the substance of the contract has been verified, this arrangement usually does not indicate change of economic ownership and shall not therefore be included in ITGS, but it is included in ITSS.
