Definīcija:European works are works originating from Member States of the Community and, as regards television broadcasters falling within the jurisdiction of the Federal Republic of Germany, works from German territories where the Basic Law does not apply, and fulfilling the conditions of paragraph 2; works originating from European third States party to the European Convention on Transfrontier Television of the Council of Europe and fulfilling the conditions of paragraph 2; works originating from other European third countries and fulfilling the conditions of paragraph 3.
