Definīcija:Contracts for pecuniary interest concluded in writing between a service provider and a contracting authority, to the exclusion of: i) public supply contracts within the meaning of Article 1 (a) of Directive 77/62/EEC or public works contracts within the meaning of Article 1 (a) of Directive 71/305/EEC; ii) contracts awarded in the fields referred to in Articles 2, 7, 8 and 9 of Directive 90/531/EEC or fulfilling the conditions in Article 6 (2) of the same Directive; iii) contracts for the acquisition or rental, by whatever financial means, of land, existing buildings, or other immovable property or concerning rights thereon: nevertheless, financial service contracts concluded at the same time as, before or after the contract of acquisition or rental, in whatever form, shall be subject to this Directive; iv) contracts for the acquisition, development, production or co-production of programme material by broadcasters and contracts for broadcasting time; v) contracts for voice telephony, telex, radiotelephony, paging and satellite services; vi) contracts for arbitration and conciliation services; vii) contracts for financial services in connection with the issue, sale, purchase or transfer of securities or other financial instruments, and central bank services; viii) contracts othe
