Definīcija:According to Commission Directive 90/388 (as amended by Commission Directive 94/46) telecommunications services means services whose provision consists currently, wholly or partly, in the transmission and routing of signals on the public telecommunications networks by means of telecommunications processes, with the exception of radio and television broadcasting to the public. In this context, the term telecommunications services is generally understood to be concerned with the provision of transmission, switching and other activities for the purpose of the conveyance of signals, without regard to the content of the messages transmitted.
