Definīcija:A customs union which also has a common system of commercial law allowing freedom of movement of goods, services, capital and labour with domestic parameters. Often used as a reference to the European Community (1). Popular name for customs union as laid down in the EEC Treaty of 25/3/1957, the aims of which are free movement (q.v.) of goods, persons, services and capital, as well as the establishment of common policies and a common foreign trade policy, all of which is to be implemented by the Community institutions (2).
